Our Business is not to Graduate MSc and PhD Students in Socioeconomic Studies only, but rather bring Graduates that Eliminate Poverty and its Spillovers Globally.



Mapping PhD in Inspiration Economy (Program Outcomes)


The following tables shows the mapping of the program outcome per module, besides it addresses the regional and global needs assessment and skill gaps done by SIAS in 2023.

4.1 Knowledge and Understanding

At the end of the program students will be able to or have:

  • i. Have an in-depth knowledge of Inspiration Economy theories, practices, methodologies, processes and tools.
  • ii. Use with high capacity the inspiration economy approaches in solving complex problems and developing corporate and public institutional strategies.
  • iii. Master of the tools that would create an effective socio-economic outcome.
  • iv. Ability to communicate effectively to promote the culture of inspiration economy, and to disseminate the practice in the public as well as the corporate spheres, by engaging with communities issues and challenges and bringing solutions for sustainable development.
  • v. To carry out world-class research and development in line with Inspiration Economy strategic priorities which focus on applied research.

4.2 Applied Knowledge Understanding and Practice

At the end of the program students will be able to or have:

  • i. Equipped with both theoretical and practical understanding of the main issues arising from the globalization of the world economy.
  • ii. Focus on constructing new mindsets, through ‘profound knowledge’ that help the student to see the whole picture of each module and the depth of the concept of inspiration economy.
  • iii. Apply projects using ‘learning by doing’, while they are learning in providing solutions to complex and challenging situations in the field with strong mentorship.
  • iv. Deal with diversity in learning and different background, and to widen the participation possibility and richness.
  • v. Build the competency needed to successfully carry out inspiration labs development projects across organization and communities fields.

  • i. Identify, or exploit opportunities around the problem and then to analyse them to develop short- and long-term solutions.
  • ii. Be Unique in research, and creativity, besides can work with diversified teams, which would help the student to effectively harness the practices of Inspiration Economy with evidence-based higher quality intended learning designs.
  • iii. Make informed judgments on complex issues in the absence of complete data and offer original insights;
  • iv. Apply a constant and integrated approach to the evaluation and synthesis of new and complex ideas, information and issues;

  • iii. Exercise personal responsibility and autonomy to work and deal with complex problems using inspiration economy techniques with ability to applying it in professional or equivalent environments;
  • iv. Take responsibility for the leadership of a team and the management of resources in any type of community and deal with complex local and global issues.
